What is Community Acupuncture?

Community acupuncture is a style of acupuncture similar to the way acupuncture was practiced in China many years ago. Multiple patients are treated in a comfortable and relaxed group setting. Acupuncture needles are applied to easily exposed areas on the arms, legs and feet and to ears. This treatment approach makes acupuncture more accessible and affordable.

Acupuncture is a way to unblock stagnation of qi and blood and balance the energy flow in our body.

Does it hurt?

The sensation created when acupuncture needles are inserted is usually none to a slight prick. Most patient find acupuncture to be pleasant and very relaxing.
