Yoga, Boxing Cardio Fitness and Russian Kettlebell Training

The RDWC is happy to introduce Yoga instructors Jai Kartar and James Alexander. Their classes will be held Sundays at 9:30am and Mondays at 6:15pm. Each class will be an hour. Classes are open to all levels and will begin with a centering of body and mind using simple chants and breathing followed by a gentle warm-up. Each week a new posture and breath with be introduced with a full explanation of benefits and modifications. We will end each class with relaxation and meditation. The goal is to listen to and honor your body.

The RDWC now offers personal training in Boxing, Boxing Cardio Fitness and Russian Kettlebell training. These sessions are great for people looking to learn or improve their boxing skills, increase strength and endurance and to improve ones overall conditioning.

Sessions will be provided by Anthony Colarossi (NASM Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, former Golden Glove Boxing champion and USA Metro Boxing champion) and James Alexander (licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga and Tai Chi instructor and Certified Kettlebell Instructor). We can arrange for private one-on-on sessions, small group sessions or weekly training classes. Please call the RDWC for more information.
