Kettlebell Weight & Exercise Introduction Kickoff Class – 2/3, Tuesday, 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm. This is a new class offered at the RDWC and will be taught by yoga instructor James Alexander. James will conduct an energetic workout using both the Russian Kettlebell and body weight exercises to tone and strengthen the body and build endurance. The Kettlebell, which looks like a cannonball with a handle, can be used like a dumbbell. But its unique shape allow for a more varied array of exercises. Body weight exercises use your own body weight to increase core strength and flexibility without the need for heavy weights or exercise equipment. This class in great for both women and men, teens and adults of varying levels of fitness. The Kettlebell classes will be held Tuesdays at 6:15pm.

 

Energy and Light Celebration with Peter Goldbeck – 2/14, Saturday 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. This class / event is a continuation of our monthly Reiki Healing Circle. The name has been changed to reflect our change in focus from a strict Reiki format to a more universal practice of energy and vibrational healing modalities (which encompass Reiki and other energy work).

Classes start with a meditation and energy chakra clearing. This is followed by a short lecture and energy empowerments given by Peter Goldbeck. Time is alloted for the group to practice energy sensitivity drills and hands on healing. The class ends with Peter providing psychic readings as time permits.

 

An Afternoon Exploration into Naam™ Yoga. 3/21, Saturday, 2:30pm to 4:00pm. Join us at the Ren Dao Wellness Center for a dynamic 90 minute introduction to Naam Yoga™. Naam Yoga™ is a unique blend of the two powerful esoteric traditions of the East and West, Kundalini Yoga and Kabbalah. Through various sequences of movement, breath and mantra, Naam Yoga can provide the following benefits:

This workshop will raise your energy and increase your awareness. You will gain a sense of balance, to better encounter and enjoy the constant change that is life.
